The UN-certified 4H2 box for the transport of igniters is a professional, durable and reusable solution, designed to enable igniters to be transported to the show site or place of use in compliance with the applicable provisions for the transport of dangerous goods.
The box provides a high level of protection during handling and transport and is water- and dust-resistant with an IP67 protection rating. Thanks to its robust, reusable construction, it can be used for multiple shipments in compliance with the conditions set out in the UN design type approval.
The solution also includes a bag to be used as inner packaging for the igniters, which can be closed using a cable tie, adhesive tape or another suitable closure system.
To facilitate correct preparation and marking of the package during transport, the box is also supplied with the relevant transport labels, complete with the UN number and corresponding Proper Shipping Name (PSN), for UN0066, UN0103, UN0121, UN0314, UN0315, UN0325 and UN0454.
Depending on the classification of the igniters being transported, the appropriate labelling can then be applied and the package preparation completed correctly.
